Although I enjoyed running the business, it became overwhelming due to the fact that it was growing so fast, and I couldn't maintain the operations as an one-man army. 

This lead to me realizing I need to systematize the business so I could scale it properly. Outsourcing our customer service & shipping allowed be to focus on my strength which is marketing. In turn, our shipping times & customer service have greatly improved, and I've able to enjoy my free time more.


In our first full year of sourcing (April 2019-April 2020), we did $224,081.78 in revenue. 

In our second full year of outsourcing (April 2020-April 2021), we did $362,790.30 in revenue.
